I was coming down off a patch of moorland an hour or so after sunrise and this scene of the distant hills caught my eye, the simplicity of layer after layer, each with a light mist helping to define it. Shot with a 600mm prime lens (as it's all I had with me at the time, I'd been looking for birds) with a darkening gradient applied bottom up in Photoshop.
